Our Relex Care Plan offers appointment-driven refills and home sample pickups, eliminating the hassle of remembering medicine refills or arranging for lab tests. All the appointments will always be on-time every time.
Relex Care Plan is a comprehensive strategy designed to address the challenges of managing chronic conditions effectively. It provides expert support, ensures medication adherence, and offers convenient solutions like monthly refills for regular medicines, home sample pickups for diagnostics, etc
As part of convenience in our Relex Care Plan, we raise credit notes for all the returns on the refill appointment and adjust against the payments raised in the appointment.
Please note that the returns have to be full strips / unopened bottles / tubes / vials only. There are no other return charges.
Misuse of the Relex Care Plan benefits may result in the termination of membership.
Relex holds sole rights to terminate or withdraw some benefits for such users. Disqualification, arising out of his/her misconduct, fraud & misuse of benefits may result in termination of his/her membership and will not be eligible to become a member again.
